Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to georgimagq in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We provide our services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless georgimagq, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:

  • Your violation of the rights of any third party

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms and your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

We may immediately terminate or suspend your access to our services without prior notice if:

  • Your account remains inactive for an extended period
  • We reasonably believe that termination is necessary to protect our interests or those of other users

Force Majeure

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and georgimagq regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
